How much do we Charge
We charge 1.5% for selling your property — less than the typical commission of 2.5% – 3%. While you still have to pay commission to the buyer’s agent, your total brokerage commission with Pro Realty & Investments LLC for selling your home is reduced to 1.5%. If you also buy with us within 365 days of closing, your listing fee will be further reduced to 1%. Minimum commissions apply.
